Located in the heart of the Mount Washington Valley, on Route 16-A, Perry's Motel & Cottages has been in business since the turn of the century. Many of our current guests enjoyed staying here with their parents and now they bring their childern to enjoy the same "old time" friendliness, attitude and atmosphere.
Kids are number one here at Perry's! We are known as the "kid-friendliest resort" in the Mount Washington Valley thanks to our on-site activities, our glant inground pool, two large playgrounds with plenty for kids of all ages.

3 Bedroom Cottage w/ kitchen
3 bedrooms have 1 double bed each plus living room w/ queen size pull out sleep sofa. small dining area plus kitchen with 4 burner stove and full size fridge. Small bathroom has a tub and hand held shower head. Outdoor charcoal grill and 2 picnic tables
1893 Room
Two bedroon unit attached to the main house, established in 1893! bedroom 1: one kind size bed, bedroom 2: 1 queen size bed and 1 twin size bed. Downstairs has small kitchen, large living aream with queen size pullout sofa and bathroom with shower.
